iPhone 12: Apple extends its repair program for sound problems
Apple has decided to extend its repair program for sound issues affecting certain iPhone 12 and 12 Pro. The iPhone 12 mini and Pro Max are not affected.
The program was first launched in August 2021. Apple says it has determined that a very limited number of iPhone 12 and 12 Pro are susceptible to sound issues due to possible module component failure. receiver. Initially, there was talk that the program would cover the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro for two years after the product first retailed. Apple today changed the wording and now refers to three years.
