Download iOS 15.4.1 and iPadOS 15.4.1: Install the update
Apple has prepared updates for you again, for the iPhone and iPad. Both iOS 15.4.1 and iPadOS 15.4.1 are available to download right now. Every iPhone and iPad that supports iOS 15 will get this update.
We recommend that you always download and install the latest version of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 on your smartphone and/or tablet as soon as possible. That’s because Apple closes important security vulnerabilities with every update. To download the update immediately, follow the steps below.
- Make sure your iPhone or iPad battery is at least 50 percent charged or connect it to the mains;
- Go to ‘Settings > General’;
- Then choose ‘Software update’ and let your iPhone or iPad search for the latest update;
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the update.
iOS 15.4.1 new features and improvements
Unfortunately, iOS 15.4.1 does not bring any new features. The update does contain some important bug fixes and bug fixes. Therefore, it is wise to download iOS 15.4.1 and iPadOS 15.4.1 as soon as possible.
Apple states that installing iOS 15.4.1 and iPadOS 15.4.1 fixes the issues below:
- The battery may lose more charge than expected after updating to iOS 15.4;
- Braille devices may not respond when navigating through text or displaying a notification;
- Made for iPhone hearing aids may lose connection in certain third-party apps;
- Dutch (Belgium) voice may not be available for VoiceOver and Spoken material.
