HTC is reminiscent of True Wireless Earbuds Plus bluetooth headphones
Taiwanese company HTC was one of the best-selling smartphone manufacturers 10 years ago. Today, this market is rather marginal for her and she has not introduced a new smartphone for a long time. This week, however, it quietly introduced new bluetooth headphones HTC True Wireless Earbuds Pro. The portal summed up what they offer GizmoChina.
In addition to the ANC function, ENC is also present
HTC was once one of the most innovative smartphone manufacturers and even made the first Android smartphone for Google. However, do not look for innovations with its new headphones. These are now classic TWS headphones of the Apple AirPods type with a charging case. There is a choice of black and white body color. The plus is their compact size.
Like the larger TWS headphones on the market, the new HTC product also boasts the Active Noise Canceling (ANC) feature. There is even an ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) function, which is used for clearer voice transmission and will be appreciated especially by mobile players when communicating with each other. The headphones can operate for one charge for 4.5 hours with the ANC function on and 5.5 hours without it.
The charging case extends the life for 24 hours
The ENC function is not specified by the manufacturer to reduce endurance. However, the charging case can extend it for a total of 24 hours. Portal GizmoChina although it mentions 86 hours, but according to the official website of the manufacturer, this is an incorrect information. Unfortunately, the wireless charging of the case is missing and you can only charge it via the USB-C connector.
Fortunately, the headphones do not lack touch controls or water resistance IPX5 certification, so you can go with them in the rain. Bluetooth 5.0 will take care of the connection to the smartphone. In the UK they will HTC True Wireless Earbuds Pro to sell for £ 69. The price for other European countries has not been announced yet.
What is the competition like?
Competitors for HTC’s new headphones will be, for example, the Redmi AirDots 3 Pro, which have a slightly lower price and even support for wireless charging. And if the customer pays extra, he can have a higher quality Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro product.
