Home, garden and kitchen fun: you need (almost) nothing for these games
Who am I?
All you need are post-its and writing materials. One person receives a note with a person, animal or object (chosen by the other players) stuck on his head. Then that person must guess who or what is on the card. You may ask your fellow players for hints, but they may only answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’. No post-its at home? Then a piece of paper with adhesive tape is also fine.

Pictionary
A classic that has been played for generations. Requirements: pen and paper, that’s it. One person draws a picture, the others have to guess what this represents. Whoever guesses it first gets a point. And the one with the most points wins.
Egg on spoon
Divide the family into two groups (or play individually) and have everyone walk across and back one by one, spoon in mouth and egg on top. Who finishes the fastest and did not drop the eggs? Tip: if you don’t want a mess, boil the eggs first.

Hints
One person chooses an object, person or animal and has to portray it for the rest. Whoever guesses it first wins. The only rule: making sound is strictly prohibited for the person performing.
Hangman
Simple, but fun. Can you guess the word before your stick man ends up on the gallows?
Cookie bites
What do you need? A piece of gingerbread, string and a tea towel. Hang the gingerbread slices on the rope and hang the rope at the correct height for the children, so that they can reach it while blindfolded. Whoever gets the cake first – with their hands behind their backs of course – is the winner.
Shaving cream drawing
It couldn’t be easier: buy a can of shaving cream and your kids will be sweet all afternoon. Watch this vlog from Kek Mama’s MariĆ«tte.
