Hitman 3 will see more content next year -apkrig

Developers from IO Interactive have confirmed that Hitman 3 will receive additional content next year in the form of brand new locations, storylines of individual characters, modes and other wayshow to enjoy this assassin game. It all starts on January 20, 2022, when the 2nd season officially begins, which will last until December with the interest of keeping the fans in the game for as long as possible. Hitman’s CEO Hakan Abrak spoke about the further expansion of the studio in the video, who mentioned at the beginning that over 50 million players have already played games from the entire series, and Hitman 3 is historically the most successful work in history. “I want to send a big thank you to everyone who helped us hit Hitman 3 this year,” said Abrak, thanking the studios in Copenhagen, Malmö and Barcelona, recalling the media and, last but not least, the dedicated community of players who have embraced the game and appreciated the work of IO Interactive. “We can no longer be proud of what we have achieved this year,” Abrak concluded, focusing on the future.

As mentioned above, Hitman 3 will receive further content, with a concrete introduction and declassification of the release schedule for each component taking place early next year. The video that accompanies the announcement doesn’t offer much help in terms of new locations, but at the very end you can watch a luxury house in the mountains that acts as Agent 47’s shelter, including a kitchen or shooting range with all the arsenals available. However, speculating what other places Hitman will go to does not make much sense at the moment, given that original locations such as Dartmoor, Chongqing or Dubai can basically be supplemented. anything. As for the new game mode mentioned in the introduction, it is the Elusive Target Arcade – ie probably a lightweight form of the popular mode, which should be universally applied to all already available goals, but we have more information to learn again at the beginning of next year.

However, the developers also focused on technical additions, which at least for the time being mainly concern the PC version. Hitman 3 will receive ray tracing on this platform, which will complement existing support for multi-core processors or Variable Rate Shading technology. Another good news for PC gamers is the end of the exclusivity for VR mode held by PlayStation. From next January, it will be possible to play Hitman 3 in virtual reality and on computers, but accept from us a slight warning that, at least on consoles, this was not the best way to enjoy this game. If you are interested in what Hitman 3 in VR looks like, we recommend you watch the recording of our stream, or take a look at the review, where we also evaluated this mode.

The latest information is then more mysterious than all the others – in the spring, the game will see a big update, which the developers did not say anything more about. Note that this is not a next-gen update, which is of course available for a long time, and it is unlikely that it should be Hitman’s luxury stash. So all we have to do is wait for what IO Interactive is up to, and hope it’s not just one funny crossover…
