HabitNow Daily Routine Planner helps you change

Worked all day, cooked food, ate, and tired you plop on the couch. ‘Shall I go to sports?’, ‘Shall I finally continue with that knitting?’: there are all things you would like to do. In the morning you thought with good courage and energy that in the evening you would indeed like to spend more time on your hobby or sport, but when the evening comes, there is little left of that energy and motivation. HabitNow Daily Routine Planner should be a stick behind the door. We discuss it in the App of the Week.

HabitNow

A new year brings good intentions for many people. For some, that means working out three times a week, for others, after alcohol-rich holidays, Dry January is a step in the right direction. In HabitNow you can make sure you stop something and ‘reward’ yourself for it by being able to check off every day: “yes, I didn’t smoke/drink.” In addition, it is also a more positive app: if you would like to exercise more, work more on your personal blog, take more photos: you can also put all of that in the app.

Moreover, HabitNow seems to understand very well what wishes people have in recording those things. Some people want to express it in numbers, some just want to be able to indicate yes or no and there are more options. You can repeat certain good habits more often to ensure that it becomes a good habit instead of something you just do a few times. So make sure you set goals that you actually want to stick to in a year’s time, because that’s how you really make a difference in lifestyle and you can fill in HabitNow properly every day.

Good habits

You don’t have to log in to this app, but you can get a premium account for it, where you can add more habits and get some other extras. It’s not expensive, it costs 5.49 euros once, but I advise you not to take this until you really find yourself reaching the ceiling of what HabitNow Daily Routine Planner can do for you without paying. That is quite a lot. The app is also very clear and simple to use. No accumulation of links and possibilities, but just clear: this is what we are going to do. This keeps the app focused, and hopefully you do too.
