In the GTA Vice City Definitive Edition you can buy 15 apartments and properties that serve as storage houses and some of which unlock corporate missions. We show you the locations of all properties for sale on the map and in the video.

There are two types of real estate in GTA Vice City:

  • 7 houses & apartments: Serve as pure storage houses. Depending on the quality, they come with associated garages for your cars. If you buy the Hyman Condo downtown, you even get access to a Maverick helicopter on the roof.
  • 10 companies: Also serve as storage houses, but also activate company missions. However, you can do business only after completion of the Vercetti mission “Fat Loot” acquire.

You automatically activate two companies in the course of the story. You have to find and buy the remaining 15 houses and properties yourself. For this you need a total of $ 441,500. Provided you have completed the game 100% and with “Mogul of Vice City” also want to unlock one of the trophies and achievements, you have to purchase all properties.
