Google Pixel 6 is facing a new issue after the December update

The December update was supposed to improve about 100 problems that mainly bothered the Pixel 6 series devices, but one serious problem arose just after it. Some users on the Internet report that they have a problem connecting to the mobile network just after the December update. The report was brought by the Gizchin portal.

Google Pixel 6 still in trouble after the December update

Users across Europe are reporting a loss of mobile signal related to the December update. This means that users cannot connect to the Internet via the SIM card, nor can they make or make calls.

Google has already confirmed the error and is investigating. However, Google has so far refused to accept the fact that this condition arose due to, respectively. after the December update. However, since the release of Pixels 6, the owners of these phones have been bothered by a large number of problems – with a selfie sensor, with charging, with a fingerprint, with sensors and so on.

We expect Google to fix the error and respond soon. It is possible that the correction will come in a month with a January update, or later. However, those who did not download the December update should wait. It would be irresponsible to risk a significant problem that would deprive the device of essential function. Then wait a month or more for a new update to fix it.

Fixed issues

To keep Google and its Pixel 6 line up, we also offer a list of previous issues that have been fixed. Google fixed the December update:

  • Problems with the slow fingerprint reader
  • Flashing display problems
  • Improved signal reception
  • Random AI crashes
  • Battery consumption improvements
  • Camera sensor enhancements
  • Many minor adjustments to stability and appearance
