Google Photos now shows ‘The Best of Winter 2020’

Google Photos comes back with a nice compilation of photos that were shot in the winter of 2020. You can now view the album in the photo app, but that does not apply to everyone.

For some time now, Google Photos has included smart albums where the system automatically selects the best photos of your holiday, the four different seasons or of your dog or cat. These automatically generated albums are of course made possible by the much discussed ‘machine learning’ at Androidworld. This is a form of artificial intelligence that Google uses, among other things, to recognize objects in photos in Google Photos.

The ‘Best of Winter 2020’ photo book in Google Photos is based on the same principle and Google Photos users can view the album in the app. Google immediately gives the option to immortalize the winter photos in a physical photo book.

Remarkably, I also have photos in my March 2020 album, and the album is not yet visible on every phone with the same account in Google Photos. Can you already see the album in Google Photos? Let us know in the comments below this article.
