Google Keep Notes get a new useful feature

Google Keep is one of the best apps for taking notes on your smartphone. Thanks to its simplicity and functions, many users have already fallen in love with it. But Google doesn’t rest on its laurels, and it brings another useful new feature to Keep.

Google Keep is given the ability to add home and work locations

The ability to assign your own location to a note has been available in the app for some time. The application, in version 5.20.511.03, contains, in addition to adding your own location, also home and work options, if you have their addresses associated with them on Google. Therefore, if you have comments associated with your home address, the application will remind you when you come home thanks to the new feature.

You can find the location reminder function by simply tapping the bell in the upper right corner. Then select the “Position” option in the window. If you have a home and work address saved, you have three options to choose from, including adding your own location, where you can enter, for example, an address or a supermarket name. The new interface should also offer this feature by tapping the square icon in the lower left corner.

According to information on 9to5google.com, the new feature is not yet available on all devices, even if they are using the latest version of the application.
