Galaxy Buds Pro renders reveal new design
It’s no secret that Samsung is poised to launch a new pair of wireless earbuds in early 2021. Traditionally, the launch of the new earbuds goes hand-in-hand with the launch of a new smartphone. The S21 series and Buds Pro are planned for the beginning of next year.
To clarify, the upcoming wireless earbuds will alternately be called Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Buds Beyond. In both cases it concerns the same wireless earphones.
With the renders of the well-known tasty Evan Blass, a clear picture is created of what we can expect from the Galaxy Buds Pro (or Galaxy Buds Beyond). As you can see in the picture, the ears have a more round shape than we are used to from the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds Plus. The bean shape of the Galaxy Buds Live is certainly not visible.
In addition to the alleged Galaxy Buds Pro, Blass also shares the charging case. Instead of the elongated shape, which we are used to from the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds Plus, the case is square and with rounded corners. The charging box is therefore comparable to that of the bean-shaped Galaxy Buds Live earphones.
Listen for longer and better active noise cancellation
A new shape and a new charging case also come with new specifications. SamMobile shared some of these. According to the website, the battery life is improved compared to the other wireless earphones. For example, the charging box of the Galaxy Buds Pro will probably get a 500 mAh battery. At the moment, the charging case of the Galaxy Buds Live is equipped with 472 mAh.
Features such as active noise cancellation and Ambient mode are also improved within the Pro earbuds. This is partly due to the new design. The model of the Galaxy Buds Pro fits better to the ear than, for example, the Galaxy Buds Live.
