From iPhone 13 mini to iPhone 13 Pro Max: these are the differences
If you are looking for the latest iPhone, you can choose from four different variants. First of all, there are two standard models: the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini. These have a starting price of 909 and 809 euros.
The most advanced iPhones of the moment are the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. There is a price tag of 1159 and 1259 euros. The devices have a better screen (ProMotion) and a camera system with three lenses, instead of two. But is the best iPhone also the best choice? You will discover it in this video.
For most people, the 6.1-inch iPhone 13 is the most suitable phone of the quartet. Last year, the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 was already the most popular iPhone – and this is an improved version of it. If you value a handy iPhone, you will end up with the 5.4-inch iPhone 13 mini. This device is exactly the same as the larger version, but more compact. Furthermore, the battery life is somewhat less, but otherwise there are no differences.
Are you a fanatic iPhone photographer, or do you film a lot with your phone? Then you will be happy with the extra camera lens that the iPhone 13 Pro has. With these devices you can take photos in ProRAW and film in ProRes, so you can edit the images better. Also new to the iPhone 13 Pro is the ProMotion screen, which refreshes the images 120 times per second. This makes animations look smoother and your iPhone feels faster.
If you want the largest iPhone, you will end up with the iPhone 13 Pro Max, which has a screen size of 6.7 inches. Last year, the Max version’s camera was better; this year that is not the case. Other than size and battery life, there are no differences between the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
