Find Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Phantom set

The Phantom Set is one of the armors in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that increases your attack power. Armor with such an effect is definitely something you should own, and fortunately it’s pretty easy to get all the parts of the Phantom set.

Why is the Phantom set so good?

The Phantom Set is perhaps the best armor to start your adventure with. The additional effect (attack power ↑) is of course very good, but the barbarian set and the fierce deity set have the same effect. What sets the Phantom set apart is the high base defense. Each piece of armor has a defense of 8, making the full set 24. To get such defense with other sets, you must first upgrade the armor multiple times.

This makes the Phantom set the perfect armor to start with. Eventually, however, the Phantom set will lose its edge, because it is one of the armors that you cannot upgrade. As your adventure progresses, you should therefore rely on the alternatives mentioned above as soon as you have upgraded them.

Nonetheless, the phantom set should be of tremendous help for very many hours. We’ll tell you where to find the three pieces of armor below.

Phantom Helmet

You can find the Phantom Helm in the very south of Hyrule by the Sea of ​​Phirone. In the Pafar coast you will find a cave in the rock cover with the treasure chest you are looking for. A rocket shield or the ceiling jump should help you get into the cave.

For the phantom armor you have to go to the south of the Hyrule Mountains. On the border of the Gerudo Plateau you will find at the end of the Tamiond river a cave that you must explore. At the end of the cave you will reach a spacious area.

Right in front of you is the treasure chest on a higher level. However, since the walls are damp, you cannot climb. You have to run around once where you have to destroy brittle rocks that are blocking the path to the chest. But beware: Miasma hands appear here that will hunt you down!

Phantom Leg Armor

The Phantom Leg Armor is also quite easy to obtain. For this you have to go to the southeast of the Gerudo desert. There is an area with many sand whirlpoolsthat you can fall into. The Treasure Chest with the Phantom Legguards is under the third sand whirlpool in the second column (look at your map and zoom in).
