Filalapat is an application proposed by the I-CAD (Identification of domestic CArnivores), which will allow you to simplify your procedures in the event of loss of your animal, or for the search for the owners of a lost animal.

It is attached to the National Identification File of Domestic Carnivores which centralizes more than 20 million dogs, cats and ferrets, and the contact details of their owners. I-CAD is the only organization approved by the French Ministry of Agriculture.



Filalapat centralizes the information of nearly 17 million animals which is updated by all veterinarians, pounds, associations and other actors in the sector.

Features:
– Create the space dedicated to your animals by entering their identifiers on their identification cards.
– Gather information related to health, diet, behavior etc. of your pet… Very useful in case of loss.

– Declare a found animal by entering the identification number (chip or tattoo) of the lost animal.

– A notification allows you to be put directly in contact with the person who found your animal or to receive the coordinates of the Pound where it was placed.

– New permanent address or temporary move? Update your contact details after moving house or going on vacation.

For each “found” declaration, an alert will be automatically sent to the National I-CAD File which will systematically contact the owners of the lost animal.

Filalapat also includes associated services, such as declaration of death or change of address when leaving on vacation.
