FIFA+ is the new streaming platform for football fans

Football association FIFA launches streaming platform FIFA+ with of course a lot of football, a lot of archive material and also Originals. The service will be available in five languages, with more languages ​​to follow later.

FIFA+ gives you access to live football matches, interactive games, news, tournament information, and more material about men’s and women’s football. FIFA claims to be “the first ever sports federation to offer such a comprehensive streaming and content experience to its fans.”

Live matches and archive

The new streaming platform will stream some 40,000 live matches per year by the end of 2022, including 11,000 women’s matches. Furthermore, FIFA+ offers live coverage of top European competitions as well as lesser-known competitions in terms of men’s, women’s and youth football. From launch, 1,400 matches will be streamed live each month, and that number is set to rise rapidly, according to the Football Association.

You can also enjoy yourself on FIFA+ with more than 2,000 hours of archive material. You can think of full match replays, highlights, goals and ‘magic moments’. Starting with 2,500 videos from the 1950s to the present, with many more to follow as the year progresses.
