If you have ordered glasses from Fielmann, the visual aids must of course still be made. The order status at Fielmann can be tracked online so that you know approximately how long you still have to wait.

If you have an online account with Fielmann, you can see the order status directly after login in the purchase overview. Even without a customer account, you can see the status of the order.

How long does my order at Fielmann take? Check status online

This is how the order status at Fielmann can be tracked online:

  1. Opens this page in the Fielmann website.
  2. Enter the in the space provided 12-digit “receipt number” a. Where can you find this number? If you have a machine-generated, printed receipt, this is the number directly below the bar code seen in the top right corner. If you have a handwritten receipt, you must first 8 digits from the field “Order no.” and right after that 4 digits in the “branch number.” register. Both values ​​are written into the field one after the other and without spaces.
  3. Once you have entered the receipt number, you can see the current status the Fielmann order. There you can find out how long you still have to wait until the glasses are ready to be picked up in the branch or when they will be shipped.

Tip: You can also specify when ordering that you will be notified by SMS when the glasses are ready. So you don’t have to keep checking the status online, you just wait until the message comes.

Fielmann: Order status “in progress” – how much longer will it take?

Note that a status is only displayed one day after the order has been placed. So you have to at least 24 hours wait after ordering before you receive the desired information. If you cannot find the receipt number or no status is displayed for your order, contact Fielmann customer service. This is easy via hotline or contact form:

When making inquiries, have all the necessary information ready, such as the name of the person who ordered the glasses or the order number. Don’t be unsettled if the glasses status is still “In progress” after 7 days. From experience it can up to 14 days take a while until a pair of glasses is ready to be picked up.
