Dynamic Island spotted on Realme device: that’s how it works

We wrote this week that Xiaomi will release a new smartphone with a Dynamic Island, now it’s Realme’s turn. Thanks to a “leak” we see how this will work in practice at Realme.

The Dynamic Island is a successful marketing term from Apple. The iPhone 14 got this feature, which is actually nothing more than a much too wide notch in the top center of the screen. Apple has added various extra functionality to this, which also gives it a little more added value. Xiaomi will come with the Xiaomi 13 Lite, which will get similar functionality, we wrote on Thursday. Now there is news about Realme.

In a now-deleted tweet from Realme’s Vice President Madhav Sheth, Realme’s Dynamic Island was shown. The pill-shaped interface is called ‘MiniCapsule’ by Realme and can perform various practical tasks. We see this, for example, when charging the phone. It is not known when Realme will release its new smartphone that will be placed in the C series.
