Dad makes hilarious video for wife returning from maternity leave

The first shot is a snow-covered house with Bill Withers’ hit below Ain’t no sunshine. The next shot was a garage where until recently a second car was parked. But who now thinks that this will be a dramatic video, is (luckily) wrong.

The father in question has clearly received detailed instructions before his wife returned to work after her leave. His task list is exactly written out on an A4 sheet with ‘helpful reminders’. An example of micromanagement that many mothers understand, but that you can also poke fun at. Because no: the house will not burn down when you go to work.

In fact, in addition to that endless to-do list, this father apparently had enough time to vlog his daddy day extensively. The result is a reminder for all of us that motherhood is also about letting go (and that humor is immeasurably important in a relationship).
