Current: UPC warns of dangerous fraud

We just announced that UPC will raise the price for the Internet for several users, now another message has appeared in connection with this popular operator. The company warns against fraudulent e-mails that abuse its reputation.

UPC asks its customers not to open the attached link, which is located in the fraudulent e-mail. This link will take you to a fraudulent site that will try to solicit login or payment information from you that could be exploited by attackers.

The company also advises customers to first verify the address from which it was sent when making a suspicious email. Another indication of fraud can be grammatical or stylistic errors in the text.
