Proposed by the City of Cannes, this application allows residents and visitors to report, to the “Allô Mairie+” rapid intervention service, any anomaly observed on the public highway (degraded urban furniture, hole in the roadway, cumbersome, lack of cleanliness, faulty lighting, abusive parking, tags, etc.).



This application is one of the digital tools that is part of the “Cannes Smart City” approach for the modernization of public services and the simplification of administrative procedures.

Functioning :
– After creating an account from the application to track alerts (not mandatory), report an anomaly in 3 main steps.
– Take a photo: After selecting the type of anomaly, take a photo or choose a photo from your photo library. It is not mandatory to attach a photo but it is strongly recommended to do so in order to improve the processing of your message.
– Locate: Enter the address of the anomaly. The geolocation service of your smartphone allows you to position yourself automatically.
– Send: Finally, enter additional information and send your report. If you have not done so yet, the application will then suggest that you create your account (option not compulsory) in order to be able to follow your alerts.
– Track the processing of your alerts and benefit from personalized monitoring. All alerts you have sent will be listed in your account with the ability to see the status of your requests.
– You have the possibility to modify or delete your profile. This deletion only concerns the data stored in the phone. If you want your information to be deleted from the database of the Allô Mairie + service management software, you must make a request by calling Allô Mairie + directly on 0 810 021 022.
