Buy Conan O’Brien’s Beach House for $16.5 Million

Comedian and Late Night star Conan O’Brien is tired of his beach house in Carpinteria, California after 7 years and is putting it up for sale.

Where we regularly encounter the most luxurious and large villas and apartments where the stars move in or leave, the beach house in this case is not necessarily a huge mansion. But right on the beach and by comedian Conan O’Brien. Apparently that is enough for a value of 16.5 million dollars.

Two for the price of one

What do you get for that? Two buildings on 0.4 hectares of land, right on the beach. In 2015, the 59-year-old Late Night presenter bought it for $7.9 million. So he hopes to make a nice profit. It has, however, undergone a major renovation.

The house is tucked right on the ocean and has a beautiful view of the coastline and a 20 meter long beach. Under the building a large garage with space for two Teslas and equipped with charging options.

Here you will also find a guesthouse with living room, kitchenette, a complete bathroom and a bedroom with terrace overlooking the mountains.

A gravelled driveway enclosed by a gate takes you to the main house. There is also space under the carport for two cars and extra parking for any guests.

Ocean view

Inside Conan’s beach house a large living room with a modern wood burning stove and sliding glass doors that open onto a terrace with views over the ocean. Of course equipped with barbecue and enough space to eat the grilled meal outside. Two steps lead down to a small lawn and beyond to the beach.
