Bungie represents the expansion of Witch Queen for Destiny 2 -apkrig
After a series of hints and speculations, the developers at Bungie have introduced another major expansion for Destiny 2. It will be called The Witch Queen, available from February 22, 2022, and will move players to a swampy world in the pocket universe created by the Hive race. He is ruled by the magical queen Savathûn, whose army is made up of previously unseen monsters. At their center is the so-called Lucent Brood – representatives of the enemy race Hive, in which we wield the same power of Light as in the Guardians. For the first time in Destiny’s history, players will have to create their own powerful weapon thanks to a new crafting system that is becoming one of the biggest attractions of the upcoming expansion.
As the developers describe, Savathûn spun her plans for many years, taking on the form of trusted allies and spinning a network of lies that stretched across the galaxy. However, in the expansion, players will learn the truth about her devilish plans and will face a challenge that they allegedly have not yet encountered. They are the enemies using the power of the Light, which the Guardians have not yet had to share with anyone. As mentioned in the introduction, the way to destroy Lucent Brood and probably the queen herself is through her own weapon, which players will be able to create themselves as part of crafting. This means the ability to combine a unique combination of modifications, shaders and a selected weapon, which will become the so-called Glaive. It is a new class of weapon for close combat using a first person camera, with the fact that Glaive can be used thanks to surface explosions at medium range and at the same time as a shield.
Of course, Queen Savathûn’s throne world, which is shrouded in many mysteries and balances on the border between the forces of Light and Darkness, will also play an important role. As part of the expansion, players will be exposed to new challenges, including activities for six players, and of course a new raid is being prepared, in which they will set out into the bowels of the sunken ship Pyramid. There are also several possible editions in which it will be possible to obtain extensions beyond the standard packaging. In the Deluxe edition, you will get, for example, all previous content, various emblems, skins for Ghosts or an exotic weapon. In the edition, which also celebrates the 30th anniversary of the founding of Bungie, you will also get a dungeon, lots of weapons, armor, ornaments and weapon upgrades. And finally, in the collector’s edition, you will receive, in addition to the listed digital bonuses, also physical gifts, such as a replica of the Ghost of the Hive race, which was unveiled in the first trailer, a book with the Destiny lord or an access card.
However, if you want something new right now, the developers warn that a new season is starting – Season of the Lost – which should also serve as an introduction to the upcoming expansion. The new season runs from last night and players can embark on new missions and challenges. There is an Astral Alignment for six players, an expedition to Shattered Realm or a new quest, at the end of which another exotic weapon awaits you. In the background, the story of Mara Sov, her brother Uldren, and the lines that connect everything to the Savathûn, mentioned several times, will unfold. It is also important to remember that in Destiny 2, it is now also possible to play across all available platforms without any restrictions, so the community will undoubtedly suffer from any fragmentation and can, in the spirit of Destiny’s story and story background, unite against the Darkness.
