Brand new cell phones are now cheaper on Amazon
Samsung introduced the Galaxy A34 in Germany at a noticeably higher price than its predecessor. But it didn’t take long before the high recommended retail price was undercut. Amazon has heralded the price drop and is making the mid-range cell phone a bit more attractive.
Samsung Galaxy A34 already cheaper
At the end of March 2023, Samsung officially launched the Galaxy A34 at a price starting at 389 euros. Quite a bit considering that it is a mid-range smartphone. However, the recommended retail price did not last long, because Amazon already offers the Galaxy A34 for 348 euros (view at Amazon). After all, that’s just over 40 euros less.
Other retailers can’t keep up. MediaMarkt and Saturn have lowered the price a bit, but not that far. You can also get one from Amazon extended warranty to 30 months. So you are protected for six months longer. Considering that Samsung provides five years of software updates, that’s not to be underestimated.
In the coming months, the price of the Samsung Galaxy A34 should continue to fall. Because even with almost 350 euros, the mid-range cell phone is not a bargain. The Samsung Galaxy A54 has also become cheaper.
