BMW minibike goes 90 km/h and goes 90 km
BMW has presented its own minibike. And it looks very cool.
If you come up with this, you’ll make an impression. The icing on the applesauce is that probably no one realizes that you are sitting on a BMW. Because it is not the case that the German car and motorcycle manufacturer is known for making minibikes. For the time being, you won’t be riding on anything at all, because the BMW minibike is still a concept.
The thing listens to the name BMW Motorrad Concept CE 02. According to BMW, the two-wheeler is aimed at young people. This mini bike would be an excellent one for people who are new to a two-wheeler. It is not as challenging as a motorcycle and even more accessible than a scooter.
The concept weighs about 120 kg. People aged 16 and over with a suitable driver’s license should be able to ride the electric minibike. The power is 11 kW. It’s quite a serious thing, because the top speed is 90 km/h. The range is 90 kilometers. At the moment, BMW does not yet know whether they will actually take the minibike into production.
The public unveiling of the Motorrad Concept CE 02 follows the IAA in Munich. This event kicks off next week.
