Bizarre! Computer makes its own playable GTA V
A bizarre development when it comes to neurotechnology. A computer is smart enough to recreate the world of GTA V. The result: GAN Theft Auto.
Yes, it kind of looks like you’re playing GTA V with your drunk head. You have to push through that. Because the technology behind this option is groundbreaking. A bunch of clever minds have managed to make a computer imitate GTA V and it’s still playable.
GAN Theft Auto
The video was shared by YouTuber Harrison Kinsley. What you’re looking at is GAN Theft Auto. If you translate this into Dutch, we are talking about a generative antagonist network, in which a computer learns things using artificial intelligence. In this case, through such a network, one learned how the game GTA V works. Then the computer comes with its own version of GTA V. It just seems real. As it were, GAN plays the game based on memory.
GAN Theft Auto is a Generative Adversarial Network that recreates the Grand Theft Auto 5 environment. It is created using a GameGAN fork based on NVIDIA’s GameGAN research. With GAN Theft Auto, the neural network *is* the environment and you can play within it.
