In the useless-but-very-nice apps category, we find Wroom – Engine Sounds for Cycling. With Wroom you make your bike sound like a car or a motorcycle by playing engine sounds based on how fast you pedal. The app also shifts gears when you go faster and downshifts when you slow down. Canva is an extensive design tool where you can edit many predefined formats into your own design. YoWindow – The Weather in the Netherlands Free

YoWindow lets you look outside, as it were, to determine what the weather will be like. You can fast forward the time by swiping and see before your eyes what the weather will be like. Is it going to rain? Then you hear and see rain falling. Are there storms? Then you get lightning in the picture. The app is very detailed, even the lighthouse in the distance works.
