Attention Dragon Ball fans! You can’t miss this new action RPG

Anime and manga fans definitely need to keep an eye on this video game adaptation. We’re talking about sand land. The manga template enjoys cult status and was penned by Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama. We show you the first trailer.

After 23 years: cult manga gets video game

Die-hard Dragon Ball fans have certainly heard of Sand Land. Responsible for the manga from the year 2000 is none other than Akira Toriyama, the inventor of Dragon Ball. The story is quite short being only one volume, but nonetheless this year’s One Shot gets one movie donated.

But that is not enough! In the near future Sand Land is also planned own video game receive. You can watch the first trailer for the game of the same name here:

Here’s what you need to know about Sand Land

In the action RPG Sand Land you slip into the role of Beelzebub, the devil’s son, and explore a huge desert world with him. You beat your enemies with raw fists or you target them with your armor.

In any case, the fans are enthusiastic about the gameplay trailer and quite a few are happy that this almost forgotten pearl of Toriyama is finally getting more attention. When exactly the game should appear, however, is not known for the time being. However, the movie will start in Japan in August. So a release this year would make sense.

Incidentally, the action RPG is being developed by the same people as One Piece: Odyssey, which was released earlier this year and went down pretty well with critics and fans alike:

Sand Land is expected to be released for the PlayStation 4, the PlayStation 5, the Xbox Series X|S and the PC.
