During the preparations and discussions around this amendment, great attention was paid, for example, to the new rules for marketing calls, which should be less frequent and thus less annoying. In the list of news, however, there is also one that is directly related to prices and savings.

Who is a low income person?

Either a person with an income lower than 2.15 times the subsistence minimum in the case of an individual, or a person living in the same household as other persons and the sum of their income and income of these persons is less than 2.15 times the subsistence minimum.
