Apple Support app gives prices for iPhone repairs (but don’t panic)
Is your iPhone screen broken? Oh no! That’s going to be an expensive joke to fix. You can now find out how much that will cost in the Apple Support app. It now gives an indication of the prices for some iPhone repairs.

Apple Support: iPhone repairs with prices
When you buy a new iPhone or a set of AirPods, you of course have a warranty. During this time, repairs will be made free of charge (as long as it’s not your fault) and you’ve contacted Apple Support.
Have you accidentally dropped your iPhone 13 on a stone floor and there is now a crack in the screen? Then you have to pay for the repair yourself, unless you have AppleCare Plus. It is then possible to have the screen replaced by Apple (or an Apple Authorized Service Provider).
However, you did not immediately know how much it would cost to have the defect repaired. That is now about to change, because in the Apple Support app you can now also see the prices for iPhone repairs, among other things.
To get an estimate of iPhone repair prices, first download the Apple Support app from the App Store. Then follow the steps below.
Get price for repairs with Apple Support app
- Open the Apple Support app and choose on the device that needs a repair;
- Type what the problem is or choose one of the topics below;
- The app gives you advice and possibly a price indication if a part needs to be replaced.
For many iPhone repairs, the Apple Support app doesn’t list prices yet, but this will certainly change in the future. In the app you will now find, for example, the price of 299 euros for replacing an iPhone 12 screen (only the front).
