With the upcoming presentation of the Apple Reality, more and more is becoming known about the glasses. It is now clear that Apple’s first VR glasses for both eyes will have 4K micro-LED screens. This means that you have an incredibly sharp image with the glasses on, making it feel like you’re in the movie, series or game you’re playing at that moment.

The design of the glasses is also made to block light from the outside, so that you are not bothered by sunlight, for example, when you wear the glasses. The image quality is only optimized in the places where you look directly at the image. The places that you do not immediately see have a less good quality. New rumors now reveal more about the Apple Reality screens.

Screens are getting really good

With a possible purchase price of $ 3000, it is expected that the Apple reality will be very advanced. And that is now reflected in the leaked screen specifications: the Apple Reality is expected to get very good screens. The glasses will have two 4K micro-LED screens, which according to the latest rumors have a size of 1.41-inch. The big advantage of micro-LED is that the image quality does not deteriorate, so that the screens last much longer.

So there are two screens in the Apple Reality, which are said to have up to 4000 pixels per inch. In addition, the screens may have a peak brightness of no less than 5000 nits. For comparison: with the iPhone 14 Pro (Max), this is ‘only’ 2000 nits. The Apple Reality therefore gets an extremely bright display with very good image quality.

The Apple Reality will therefore most likely get screens of very high quality. We don’t have to wait long for the final specifications, because Apple will announce the glasses next week. The official announcement of the Apple Reality is – most likely – during Apple’s annual WWDC.
