Apple improves developer forums ahead of WWDC 2021
Apple ad changes to its dedicated forums for developers. They come just before WWDC 2021. This will take place from June 7 to 11.
Here are the changes Apple revealed for the Developer Forums:
- Post comments on questions or answers to provide context or ask for clarification
- Search for content using multiple tags
- Add and manage your favorite tags
- Upload images in your question or answer to provide visual detail
- Review the tag descriptions when choosing tags for your question so you can quickly select the most appropriate
- Subscribe to RSS feeds for tags that interest you
- New home page lets you see content you’ve created and watched, your favorite tags, and trending tags
Apple had already made a change to its developer forums last year, again before WWDC. At that time, the group had completely revised the interface. There were also new features.
For users, the day to remember for WWDC 2021 is June 7. Apple will organize its keynote that day including the presentation of iOS 15, iPadOS 15, macOS 12, watchOS 8 and tvOS 15. A rumor also suggests the presentation of the new MacBook Pro 14 and 16 inches.
