Android security update March 2021: 43 vulnerabilities addressed

Dozens of vulnerabilities in Android have been addressed with the latest security patch. Google has released a security update in March 2021, along with improvements for Pixel devices.

A new security patch for Android is released every month. It is therefore not surprising that we see a new security update at the beginning of the new month. With security update March 2021, Google tackles dozens of vulnerabilities; there are 43 in total. Manufacturers usually add their own patches to this as well, although this differs per manufacturer.

Not all 43 patches are for all devices. For example, a distinction is made between Android versions and components in smartphones. This concerns, for example, the type of processor.
