AirPods Pro 2 have sound problems (you need to know this)
The AirPods Pro 2 are just new, but several owners of the new earbuds are experiencing noise issues. What’s going on and does Apple already have a solution?

AirPods Pro 2 sound issues
The AirPods Pro 2 have been officially on sale since September 23. The improved noise cancellation and new adaptive transparency make these earbuds a lot better than the first AirPods Pro.
Still, we hear from several users that they have sound problems with the AirPods Pro 2. The problems range from sound that is louder (or softer) on one side, to strange sync problems. As a result, the image on YouTube, for example, is no longer in sync with the sound.
The problem seems a bit like what you hear when Spatial Audio with head tracking is a bit out of whack. With this function you can hear the sound coming from the direction of your iPhone or Mac. When you move the iPhone or Mac while listening, your AirPods sometimes no longer know where the sound source is. The music suddenly seems to come from somewhere completely different. It will recover automatically after a while.

The remarkable thing is that the users who have sound problems with the AirPods Pro 2 do not have the main tracking feature with spatial sound turned on. So there seems to be something more going on.
Still, we think the problem is a software issue. So you don’t have to worry about your AirPods Pro 2 being broken. Apple will probably fix the sound issues in a future update, but at this point we’ll just have to wait and see. The company has not yet responded to the complaints.
