Age of Ashes » Vortex
Coincidentally, almost at the same time, two games were postponed. We will wait longer for Blood Bowl 3 and Century: Age of Ashes. Developers from the Cyanide Studio team planned to release an early access version of Blood Bowl 3 this September. But now they declaredthat their original estimate was too optimistic and the title would arrive later. So far, they have not even indicated another date. They only revealed that they would call in a few weeks to reveal a new approximate window.
The closed beta took place in June and the authors praise it. According to them, they received very valuable feedback so that they could identify key areas and focus on improving them. According to the team, the reason for the delay is the fear that they will deliver a sufficiently high-quality title, and they therefore want to take extra time. Blood Bowl 3 will enter the pre-access program on the PC later. The authors of course thanked the fans for their patience and support. The full version will not be released until February 2022 and is already several postponements. It was originally scheduled to be released in 2020 and then in 2021.

His title Century: Age of Ashes postponed also developers from the Playwing studio. It was originally scheduled to be released on November 18, but will not be released until December 2. Indirectly, they refer to Battlefield 2042, which was postponed a week ago from October 22 to November 19. This would take Century: Age of Ashes out at virtually the same time as many players’ attention shifted to one of the most anticipated titles of the year. After all, this is not an exceptional step. Last year, for example, the authors Path of Exile, The Medium and Everspace 2 reacted to the postponement of Cyberpunk 2077.
The Playwing team said that they learned last week that one of the most anticipated games of the year had postponed its premiere, and would be close to Century: Age of Ashes. The authors want more space, so they moved to December 2. They also informed that the progress from the second closed beta will not eventually move to the full version as planned, but the players will remain the exclusive skin they received, as promised. The developers also prepared compensation in the form of a special chest and apologized for not being able to maintain progress due to many improvements.
