OnePlus is not yet going to work with the new Oppo and OnePlus skin
The fact that OnePlus and Oppo belong to the same parent company has several advantages. Last year it was announced that OxygenOS and ColorOS would be merged, but that has now been postponed.
Postponement for Oppo/OnePlus skin
Earlier it became clear that Oppo’s ColorOS and OnePlus’ OxygenOS will be merged, so that certain functions and possibilities will be merged. This new version was expected with the release of the OnePlus 10 Pro, but that doesn’t seem to be quite the case now.
New information has come in about this, which makes it clear that the OnePlus 10 Pro will not get the new shell. Instead, this smartphone would still be delivered with OxygenOS 12. This is the current shell that OnePlus is also rolling out with the Android 12 update on, for example, the 9 series. The OnePlus 10 Pro has already been presented for China; there it already appears by default with ColorOS from OnePlus.
If the rumors are true, the announcement of the new OnePlus 10 Pro is planned for Europe in March.
