By playing a game called Dogemon Go you can now earn Dogecoins.
A new step in the crypto world: earn cryptos by playing a game. Last year, of course, there was a huge hype about the meme-based digital currency Dogecoin. And a team of developers is now cleverly capitalizing on this by basing a game on it.
Earn Dogecoin with Dogemon Go
Yes, the augmented reality (AR) mobile game called “Dogemon Go” is very similar to Pokémon Go. And just like in that game, players can capture virtual characters called “Dogemons” and as characters level up, they can earn Dogecoin for rewards. The crypto community caught a whiff of the Dogemon Go game last month when the project’s official Twitter page started tweeting about the new game.
The company behind the mobile AR game recently revealed that the game has launched for iOS devices and is currently building an Android application. The latter is therefore not yet available. The project’s website welcomes visitors to the game and also includes a map of the AR playing field. The website states:
“Start now and catch your first Dogemon. Combine the playing experience with your favorite Dogemons. Start catching Dogemons today and if you are a great trainer you can find cryptocurrency as prey. The Dogemons are waiting for you – start now and catch them all!’
Application in the App store
There are no reviews for the app yet. That makes sense, of course, because the app is only there. What we do know is that the game was developed by a programmer named Shemie Suarez. You can also watch a trailer for the game on the website. If you would like to play the game, you must log in using a Google account, Facebook account or the option to use an Apple ID.
