Nokia 7.2 and 2.3 get new security update from July

Two smartphones from HMD Global are updated with a new update. Both Nokia 7.2 and Nokia 2.3 will be updated with the latest security update for Android.

Users of the Nokia 3.2 and 7.2 can now expect a new update for their device. René informs us that his Nokia 7.2 has received the July security update. Unfortunately, there is still no update to Android 11, but it is still coming, Nokia has stated before. The forecast is now the third quarter of 2021.

The new July update is not only available for the Nokia 7.2. Users of the Nokia 2.3 will also see the update on their smartphone from now on. In both cases it seems to be just the new security update. As far as we know, no new features or the like have been added to the update.
