The Witcher: Old World needs your money
The Witcher: Old World is a new board game. The project must be realized through crowdfunding.
Books, games, a TV series. So why not a board game from The Witcher? That’s what the creators behind the game The Witcher: Old World must have thought. The famous franchise has been rebranded as a board game that its creators can make into a marketable product through crowdfunding. Money is being raised for the project on Kickstarter.
The board game was made in collaboration with Go on Board. You can play the game with a minimum of two to a maximum of five players. You have the typical The Witcher setting, but it is a separate story. So don’t expect any similarities with the game or series on Netflix. You have to compete against monsters, witches and arrange contracts to progress.
The Witcher: Old World
This The Witcher game has now been announced to get its attention. In May, the project will really launch on Kickstarter and fundraising will begin. The board game should be released in April 2022. It is not yet known how much money the makers want to raise. In addition, it is not known whether the product will not be produced if the makers are not able to attract enough money through crowdfunding.
