Amazon too early to put the Google Pixel Tablet online: we now know this
Google Pixel Tablet has appeared online on Japan’s Amazon. This allowed us to learn more about the final specs of the device. It has a 10.95-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a brightness of 500 nits. The battery is 22 Wh and the front and rear cameras are 8 megapixels.

Amazon Japan has of course quickly taken the listing offline, but the information can still be consulted on Reddit. For example, the refresh rate of the screen would only be 60 Hz and you can watch YouTube or Netflix for about 12 hours with the battery. The device gets ultrawideband, Bluetooth 5.2 and is equipped with three microphones.
It is the first time that Google makes its own tablet under the Pixel flag and it has already teased it considerably by showing a teaser video during the I / O presentation last year. After that, however, it has become a bit quieter around the device, but recently it has been buzzing with rumors again.
Based on previous information from the rumor mill, we expect the device to come in a 128GB and 256GB variant. In terms of computing power, Google’s Tensor 2 chip is used, which we know from the Google Pixel 7 smartphones.
Google I/O on May 10
The Pixel Tablet will probably cost at least 600 euros and is expected to be announced next Wednesday at Google I/O. This is Google’s developer conference that can always be viewed worldwide: it often also announces hardware. For example, the Pixel Fold and the Pixel 7a are now expected, in addition to this first Google Pixel tablet.
