Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and A52s get January update, also for Realme GT 2 Pro

Samsung and Realme are starting to update a new series of devices. For Realme this means that an update is ready for the Realme GT 2 Pro, for Samsung for the Note 20 and A52s.

Updates at Samsung

Samsung has already released the new January security update for several smartphones, and now three more models are added. We get tips from Frank, Ricardo and Roelf, among others, about receiving new updates. The January update is being issued for various devices. Together with the January update, Samsung also supplies its own patches that address vulnerabilities on the part of Samsung itself.

The January security update is now rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy A52s, the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. When you can download the update, you will receive a notification on your device.

Realme GT 2 Pro

Realme, Oppo’s subsidiary brand, has also released a new update. It is a combined update with the December and January patch for the Realme GT 2 Pro, Stephen informs us. We expect that the update can also be downloaded for the Realme GT 2 itself.

In the changelog we also see that some issues are fixed with this update, and there are also improvements in system stability.
