Xbox Game Pass cheaper soon? Notice of new subscription level discovered

The most expensive version of the Xbox Game Pass costs less than 13 euros and has a lot to offer. However, it could be that there will be a much cheaper version soon. Microsoft is currently considering another subscription level with advertising segments.

Xbox Game Pass coming with ads soon?

Depending on which model you have, you currently pay 9.99 euros or 12.99 euros per month for the Xbox Game Pass. The latter offers you a large games library with changing offers, Xbox Game Studios titles directly at release, member discounts and offers, free benefits, Xbox GOLD, the console multiplayer mode, EA Play and more. Another big advantage: Everything is ad-free (Source: Microsoft).

However, a screenshot has now been discovered at ResetEra. This shows a supposed survey that Microsoft is currently supposed to send to customers. It asks what they would think of an additional tier of Xbox Game Pass. This would cost $3, as usual, leading to a variety of Xbox Game Pass content, but some restrictions include (source: ResetEra).

Among other things, new games would be available with a 6-month delay, on the other hand it should be give a commercial every timewhen you start a game from the library.

There is no official statement from Microsoft on this topic yet. However, the company would not be the first to consider and implement such a model.
