Better Call Saul season 6: The finale in the stream
Season 6 of Better Call Saul will be the spin-off’s finale. The final season shows us how Jimmy McGill eventually became the Saul Goodman we know from Breaking Bad, while hopefully closing some unanswered questions in the process. Find out when and where you can watch the series finale here.
As a prequel series, “Better Call Saul” had a fixed end from the start – at the latest when the legal drama catches up with the parent series “Breaking Bad”, it’s over. And that’s exactly what’s going to happen with Better Call Saul Season 6.

When will season 6 air in Germany?
“Better Call Saul” started in Germany on April 19, 2022 with a double episode on Netflix. There was a 7-week break between late May and July. At the July 12 it is now as usual in the weekly rhythm always tuesdays (one day after the US premiere).
The final season does not consist of 10 as usual, but of a total 13 episodes. With this, “Better Call Saul” with a total of 63 episodes will overtake “Breaking Bad” by exactly one episode.

Ending for “Better Call Saul” and “Breaking Bad”
The transformation from Jimmy to Saul began as early as the end of Season 4 and is primarily covered in Season 5. As announced by AMC back in January 2020 at the TCA Winter Press Tour, the final season’s story of Jimmy’s alter-ego Saul Goodman will pick up roughly where we first met him – sometime shortly before he was kidnapped by Walter White and Jesse pinkman
With the end of “Better Call Saul” the “Breaking Bad” universe should also end. After five seasons of “Breaking Bad”, six seasons of “Better Call Saul” and the film “El Camino” it should finally be over, as series creator and producer Vince Gilligan opposite Entertainment Weekly explained:
“I have no intention of keeping the universe alive after this wonderful series. I always say, ‘Never say never’, but I don’t want to end up driving the cart into a wall either.”
