iPhone 14: Prices increase by 15 percent

Analysts have been saying for a long time that the prices for the new iPhones will rise. Ming-Chi Kuo is considered a reliable source and has shared more information on Twitter (watch on twitter). According to him he will Sales price for the new iPhones will increase by 15 percent. He is clearly talking about the selling price and not the production costs. In other words, the amount that you as the end customer really have to pay.

So if an iPhone 13 costs 899 euros so far, you would have to pay 1,033 euros for it. Apple will probably settle on 999 or 1,049 euros. While the iPhone 13 Pro still costs 1,149 euros, that would iPhone 14 Pro come to 1,321 euros. Apple should probably also choose 1,299 euros or 1,349 euros here. The Max models and the larger memory versions would cost even more.

iOS 16 will also be introduced with the new iPhones. What awaits you:

Kuo: More people will buy iPhone 14 Pro

Ming-Chi Kuo also assumes that more people will choose an iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max this year because that’s where the real innovations and many improvements are integrated. For example, the classic notch is no longer there, there should be a much better camera and only there will a new processor be used. With the normal iPhone 14, on the other hand, savings should be made. The previous design and processor of the iPhone 13 should be used there.

It is questionable whether people really want to afford it when many people currently have to save to be able to cover the higher cost of living. A cheap contract with the new iPhone 14 Pro would be one way to affordably finance the more expensive device. We will provide you with the appropriate offers when the new iPhones are here.
