5 reasons why the OPPO Reno6 is worth your purchase (review)

We started with the new OPPO Reno6 for a review. Five reasons have emerged why this device is worth your purchase.

If there was a forest with trees that did not grow leaves, but smartphones, you could no longer see through it. That’s how huge the offer has become. Today you can purchase a midrange smartphone with specifications that were previously only available on flagship models. With the OPPO Reno6 5G in this review.

The smartphone is part of the Reno6 Series. This series consists of two models, the Reno6 and the Reno6 Pro. We started with the ‘normal’ one. This smartphone is available for € 499. For that you score an OPPO Reno6 5G with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM, in the colors Arctic Blue and Stellar Black.

And let’s get to the main specs right away. The smartphone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with a variable refresh rate from 60 to a maximum of 90 Hz. At the back you will find a camera island with three lenses. This is a 64 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP setup. On the front is a selfie camera with a 32 MP lens. OPPO has equipped the Reno6 with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor. Let’s move on to the 5 reasons why the OPPO Reno6 is worth your purchase.

OPPO Reno6

1. Bang for buck

OPPO has looked critically at how they can save money, in order to put the Reno6 attractively in the market. That means, for example, no Qualcomm, but a MediaTek processor. There is also no IP rating. We do not recommend deep sea diving with the Reno6 in your hands. As a result, OPPO can offer the smartphone for € 499. Not bad!

2. Cool design

It may be said. The Reno6 has a cool design. The Chinese tech brand has chosen to cut the edges very sharply. That feels super tight in your hands. The housing is of high quality and is not inferior to smartphones that cost twice as much. Moreover, it is something different than those eternal smartphones with descending lines. I love this sharp!

3. Good camera

At OPPO they always give that little bit of extra attention to the camera. After all, it’s about your creativity. The camera can film up to 4k at 30 FPS, or 1080p at 60 FPS. With the selfie camera it is possible to film up to 30 FPS with 1080p or 720p. Check out the attached photos to see the quality of the camera in action.
