OnePlus comes with a serious attack in the mid-range. We are introduced to the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G; which offers a lot for relatively little.
OnePlus North CE 2 5G
As a successor to the OnePlus Nord CE 5G, the second generation has now been officially presented. The brand took the canvas off the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G this afternoon. It should make the OnePlus features, along with a 3.5 millimeter connection, microSD memory card space and 5G available in the middle segment.
The most eye-catching is the lightning-fast charging; the 4500 mAh battery of the device can be charged with a power of 65W. That is very fast in this price range. The charger is also included, something that is not always obvious these days.
Specifications
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen, which delivers a Full-HD+ resolution with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The fingerprint scanner is integrated in the screen. There is 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and space for both the memory card and dual SIM. This is therefore not at the expense of the second SIM card. The phone is only 7.8 millimeters thick and is available in Bahama Blue and Gray Mirror colors.
OnePlus has also prepared improvements for the camera. The triple camera offers a 64 megapixel main lens, an 8 megapixel wide-angle camera and a 2 megapixel macro lens. The camera app offers Nightscape for the best night photos and also allows you to use portrait mode.
On board the new OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G you will find a Dimensity 900 chipset from MediaTek. The device will come to the market with Android 11, with OxygenOS 11. In the second half of 2022, Android 12 will be available, together with OxygenOS 12. OnePlus confirms that the device will receive two years of Android updates and three years of security updates.

You can order the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G from March 3; it will be widely available from 10 March. The price of the Nord CE 2 5G is 359 euros.
