Samsung Galaxy S20 series gets security update November 2021

November starts in a few days. The Galaxy S21 series is already equipped with this brand new security update. Now it is also the turn of the Galaxy S20 series.

Galaxy S20 gets November update

The Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra are all equipped with a new security patch. Theo and Jan let us know that their device will be updated with security update November 2021. This is the latest update for Android, and was already distributed to the Galaxy S21 series a few days ago. Samsung has a taste for it and is therefore also bringing the update to the S20 series.

We don’t know details about the update yet, as the update has not yet been specified by Google. On top of the patches from Google, Samsung has also implemented some patches. We will probably find out more about that in the coming week. The update for the S20 series comes out at a size of approximately 177MB.
