ZED BLADE: the horizontal shoot of the Neo-Geo passes a head on iOS (App Store release)
The collection retro gaming from the prestigious Neo-Geo is starting to look great on iOS. SNK has already delivered a dozen titles from the black console (including great classics like Metal Slug 5, Samurai Shodown IV, Alpha Mission II etc.), and it continues today with ZED BLADE ACA NEOGEO (App Store link – 3.99 euros – iPhone/iPad), a shoot ’em up with horizontal scrolling which still has very beautiful remainders.
ZED BLADE was created for the Neo-Geo platform in 1994 by the NMK studio. The objective of the“Operation Ragnarok” is simple, square, basic since it is a question of clearing a path with great blows of laser (or other destructive weapons) to the fortress of Yggdrasil (which will also have to be destroyed). the gameplay is responsive, ultra-precise, and this ACA version allows saves (almost) at any time during the game. At 3.99 euros, it remains a bargain for fans of the genre.
