You will undoubtedly forget to clean these places in the house

Cleaning will not become a hobby anytime soon. And so we try to get rid of it as quickly and easily as possible. But a quick vacuum is not enough. These places – which you will undoubtedly forget – should also be cleaned more often.

A friendly reminder can never hurt.

Dryer exhaust hose

This is an important one. Do you have a dryer with an exhaust air hose? Then you have to clean it regularly. If it is dirty or clogged, warm air will not be able to dissipate as well and heat or sparks can ignite the dust particles. So regularly vacuum it with the vacuum cleaner. Also don’t forget the fluff filter.

Remote control

Let’s be honest: when was the last time you wiped the remote with a cloth? With all those greasy chip fingers and sticky children’s hands, you can imagine that it is a breeding ground for bacteria and dirt. So don’t forget to include it in your cleaning routine. A damp cloth with some cleaning agent or rubbing alcohol is sufficient.

Toothbrush Holder

Very handy, such a cup to store your toothbrush. But putting it in a container after each use will build up toothpaste residue. Take it with you from time to time in the dishwasher or wash with detergent. This also applies to the storage tube in your toiletry bag. After the summer holidays, clean first and then store. Promised?

We don’t have to explain to you that a toilet brush – and also the holder it’s in – gets pretty dirty over time. Yes, replacement is a solution, but cleaning is a cheaper option. Clean the container and fill with hot water and chlorine or soda. Let the toilet brush soak for a while and then let it dry thoroughly.

lamps

Are you a cleaner in the category: there is no such thing as anything above eye level? Then you might have to take a look at the tops of lamps. There is a good chance that a considerable layer of dust has formed there by now.

Garbage can

Well, a trash can never gets really clean. But once in a while it’s a good idea to give it a thorough overhaul. Give the inside and outside a clean and don’t forget the inside of the lid!
