You will soon be able to automatically share WhatsApp Status updates on Facebook

You can send updates in WhatsApp Status that disappear after 24 hours. If you also want to share these updates on Facebook, you have to do that manually. That is now changing.

WhatsApp Status updates automatically share on Facebook

When sharing Status updates in WhatsApp comes a new option. This allows you to automatically share the updates you put in WhatsApp Status in your Facebook Story. Your message is transferred immediately and you don’t have to leave WhatsApp for it.

Of course this is an option that makes sense for parent company Meta because both WhatsApp and Facebook are owned by the company. The function has not yet arrived at the editors, but thanks to WABetaInfo we can already see how it will work.

The posts you forward to your Facebook story can only be viewed by the people you’ve selected in your Facebook privacy settings. By the way, the automatic sharing in between is turned off by default. So you have to turn it on first if you want to automatically share your Status updates in WhatsApp to Facebook.
