Just attach it to the payment terminal. The price is set in the Czech Republic at 1 299 CZK, which is about 400 CZK more than for the version without NFC.

This report shows that only Mastercard cards can be paid for the time being, and the first bank to support payments with this smart bracelet is ČSOB. The Curve payment gateway is also to be supported, and mBank will join in the coming weeks. In the future, however, we should also count on other banks.
